Our Story
My love for feeding people began early, in Mum’s kitchen by the Aga, where food meant warmth, generosity and time together.
At 23, I spent a ski season in France as a chalet host, cooking daily for guests and creating the kind of cosy, welcoming spaces where conversations linger and meals become memories. That experience shaped how I think about hospitality: food is never just food — it’s part of how people feel in a place.
Bainvalley Larder & Co brings that belief home to the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Every element — from the Hayloft to the Larder — is personally designed, hosted and prepared with care, rooted in the surrounding countryside and guided by a simple intention: that your time here feels calm, generous and quietly special
