My love for learning about flavours and feeding people began early, in Mum’s kitchen by the Aga. At 23, I spent a ski season as a chalet host in France - creating hearty meals, cosy atmospheres and memorable moments for guests every day. That experience shaped my belief that food brings people together, and that meals made with care create lasting memories.
Bainvalley Larder & Co. is the next chapter: a blend of homemade, seasonal, thoughtfully prepared cooking with the charm of a classic rural larder - a place of abundance, preservation and warmth. Every dish is made by hand, using quality ingredients sourced with intention, and guided by the simple idea that food should feel both comforting and exceptional.
