A generous, seasonal supper ready in your kitchen when you arrive. Designed to be relaxed and welcoming - something warm and nourishing after a long drive, or a beautiful spread to share on your first evening together.

Private Dining Evening
A fully hosted dinner in The Hayloft - courses, candles & someone else doing all of it.
A seasonal menu, beautifully laid table, and a quietly hosted evening so your group can be fully present. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, or any occasion that deserves more than a restaurant.
£75 per person (minimum 6 guests / groups of 12+ at £68pp)
Available Thursday–Saturday. Minimum 7 days' notice required.

Provisions to arrive to, graze from, or gift.
Breakfast Hamper - fresh bread, eggs, butter, preserve, juice, and something sweet. A proper first morning. For 2: £32 / For 4: £52 / For 6–8: £78 / Groups of 10+: £12pp
Luxury Hamper - charcuterie, local cheeses, wine or fizz, artisan extras from the Larder, beautifully presented in a Larder basket. For 2: £65 / For 4: £95 / For 6-8: £130 / Groups of 10+: £18pp

How to Book
All Larder & Co. experiences are prepared in small batches and arranged personally. To keep everything to the standard we want, we ask for a minimum of 5 days' notice for hampers, cakes, and Arrive & Unwind, and 7 days for Private Dining. Simply use the enquiry links above, or email us directly at hello@bainvalleycottages.co.uk - we'll come back to you quickly to confirm details and take payment.

That’s the intention behind everything at Bainvalley, and it’s never accidental.
I’ve spent years thinking about how spaces make people feel - first visualising buildings and interiors, then through my own design work, and now here. Designing The Hayloft and building Larder & Co. has simply brought those ideas into a more personal, lived-in setting.
The thread is the same throughout: that details matter, that atmosphere is something you create with intent, and that arriving somewhere should feel considered from the outset.
Everything is prepared by me, using produce I trust and enjoy cooking with. I hold a current food hygiene certificate, but more importantly, I care deeply about how your stay begins and how it unfolds.
