A Taste of Experience

My love for feeding people began early. At 23, I spent a ski season as a chalet host in France - creating hearty meals, cosy atmospheres, and memorable dining moments for guests every day. Since then, I’ve continued to expand my repertoire in the kitchen and my ethos is ‘Food brings people together’.

Bainvalley Kitchen is the next chapter - combining years of experience with a passion for homemade, seasonal, thoughtful cooking.
