Payment - Bookings will only be confirmed on the payment of £100.00 deposit. Full payment is due four weeks prior to the start of your holiday, failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your booking, to allow the cottage to be re-let. Cheques to be made payable to: Bainvalley Ltd

Cancellation - Due to ill-health or unforeseen circumstances, we must be notified as soon as possible so that the cottage can be re-let, if successfully re-let your full payment will be returned less deposit.

Arrival for Self Catering Guests - Arrivals & departures are from Saturday to Saturday, the cottage will be ready from 3pm on the day of arrival.

Arrival for Bed and Breakfast Guests - Breakfast served 7.00 - 9.30 a.m.

Departure - We ask that you vacate by 10am that morning to allow cleaners to do their work.

Damage - Please report any damages so that the next guest can appreciate the cottage at its best, guests are liable for the cost of replacements and repairs.

Liability - We take every care to assess and ensure the property is a safe environment and accept our duty of care to our guests, however each guest has his/her own duty of care for their own safety. We encourage you to be respectful and responsible at all times.

Pets/Smoking - We welcome well-behaved pets and careful smokers.
