South Cottage
On entering Bainvalley Cottage the characteristic is of a light airy feeling with a sense of space and your eye is taken through to the garden room and the fields beyond.Underfloor heating throughout the Cottages makes for a comfortable, uncluttered space. There is free wifi and an iphone / ipod speaker docking station. All bedding, towels, electricity, heating and VAT are included in the rent.
The
bedrooms have views across the surrounding countryside and are individually decorated. The main double bedroom has a king size bed and is light and spacious. The second bedroom is a twin bedded room.
The stylish bathroom has a deep stand alone bath, perfect for a relaxing soak and a large walk in shower for those finding a bath difficult. There is a downstairs cloakroom - there need never be a queue for the bathroom.
Within a short drive there are various local pubs and restaurants, we will be happy to recommend these to you in order that you may sample the traditional Lincolnshire fare that they offer.
