A Linear Gallery of Seaside Beach Huts on the Lincolnshire coast, UK.
BATHING BEAUTIES® HUTS, TOURING EXHIBITION and FESTIVAL
The Bathing Beauties® international project to ‘Re-imagine the British Beach Hut for the 21st Century’ captured worldwide attention and resulted in three Bathing Beauties® programmes.
* Huts on Parade: five bold huts on the superb but partly forgotten 1.6k stretch of Lincolnshire coast, UK.
* Hub Touring Model Exhibition: a selection of up to 100 inspirational scale models by artists and architects worldwide, on tour in galleries in the UK.
* Festival of Bathing Beauties®: the UK’s Beach Hut Festival attracted over 10,000 additional visitors to the Lincolnshire coast UK in 2007, grew again in 2008 and om 2009 and will take place from 17 - 19 September 2010. Put the date in your diary now!
