Bainvalley South Features

Bainvalley Holiday Cottages are approached from the village over a cattle grid and down a private tarmac drive.  South Cottage is on the left hand side with a foyer and cloakroom with WC adjacent to the entrance and perfect for storing coats and shoes.

The main door leads right into the light and spacious kitchen / living area with a garden room adding extra space to enjoy the open panoramic views across the valley. The floors downstairs are tiled.  A wood burning stove, double glazing as well as underfloor heating makes sure you are warm and cosy throughout your stay. The LED VIERA TV allows you to enjoy programmes and has easy to use features. There is a selection of easy reading books for you to choose as well as various games in the toy box! With super fast broadband and free WiFi,  time will soon whizz past. A comfy leather three piece suite is arranged around the stove; with extra rattan seating in the garden room.

The kitchen/dining area has all you will need including a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a dining table with 6 chairs and two small cupboards with more than enough saucepans and crockery for your stay. The main bedroom looks over the fields with the cattle grazing. There is a king sized bed with a walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables as well as a smaller television. The second bedroom has twin beds and also looks over the fields to the willow tree. The bedding is luxurious 400 thread count Egyptian cotton which allows you to sleep more sumptuously.

There is a choice of either a full size bath or separate corner shower in the bathroom with a wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
