Bainvalley Cottages are situated on a working mixed farm, growing arable crops and with a herd of beef suckler cows, grazing the parkland around the cottages. The peaceful rolling countryside of this part of Lincolnshire is little known and quite un-spoilt. The cottages are within the Lincolnshire Wolds, designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty. Bainvalley Cottages are five minutes walking distance from the local public house - The Coach and Horses and 10 minutes from the well equipped village Play Area.

Downstairs

Fitted kitchen (15' x 12'). Electric oven and hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Spacious sitting area (15' x 12') with colour TV and DVD player. Garden room (15' x 8'). Cloakroom with a toilet and wash basin.

Upstairs

Double Bedroom (12' x 10') Twin Bedroom(12' x 8'). Bathroom (10' x 8') with toilet, wash basin, a full-sized kidney shaped bath, corner shower and heated towel rail. All bedlinen and towels included.

Heating under-floor with wood burning stove downstairs. All Fuel supplied including one basket of wood. Radiators upstairs.

Car parking 3/4 cars

Unique facility of an inter-connecting door downstairs, allowing two families or a large party of friends to holiday together but remain separate. The two cottages are mirror images of each other!

Children and careful pet owners welcome.

Tennis court is available for use by arrangement.

Beach hut available for hire.

Fishing available on adjoining River Bain.
